As such we are unable to take full responsibility for any defects or issues that may arise with your order. By proceeding with your purchase on our website, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your order. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
In the event of any issues with your order, such as incorrect items being dispatched, please let us know as soon as possible for us to resolve in a timely manner. We offer replacements or refunds for items that are returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are in the same condition as we sent and are properly sealed. Your satisfaction is our priority.
If you have not received your order within 72 hours or for any damaged products, please contact us at sydneyvapeshub@gmail.com within 72 hours. Our team will promptly dispatch a new order to address the issue.
Submit return requests within 14 days of receiving the order. Returns beyond this period won't qualify for a refund or replacement.
A full refund is contingent upon the item being in its original box and in mint/unused condition. Sydney Vapes Hub reserves the right to determine the condition of any returned product.
If a returned product is used, it may be eligible for store credits or replacement. Full refunds won't be issued for items returned after usage.
Returned products must include all components, parts, and accessories. If a promotional item was included for free, we reserve the right to deduct its value from the refund amount.
We retain the right to refuse refund or return requests and may request additional information for processing.
All refunds will be directed to the original payment source. Refunds for debit or credit card payments will be processed to the same card. Pay ID & Bank Transfer.
Contact us at sydneyvapeshub@gmail.com with your order return request, and we'll provide an official return number. Clearly write this number on your package in multiple places.
If a package arrives without the official return number, we won’t be able to process your return request further. Use the original packaging material for returns, and note that Sydney Vapes Hub isn't responsible for any damage during the return process.
Shipping costs for returning items are the buyer's responsibility, not Sydney Vapes Hub. Return the orders to the address provided on email. Replacements will require a 14-day processing period from receiving the return package.
